My Story

Where it all began...

I decided to start Cheerful Geek to keep me sane while my children were very small. I have a background in teaching, childcare and design and have always had a passion for creating so it was a perfect way to spend my time. Nowadays, my three children are always providing me with tons of ideas for new products and themes. I feel lucky to be able to work from my home in North Wales around school hours.

My products...

I design and create products that are colourful, cheerful and playful, mixed in with a bit of geek, obviously!

Sustainability...

All my products are printed of FSC-certified paper and card. This means I support sustainable forestry practices that protect bio-diversity, prevent deforestation and ensure fair labour conditions. I use eco-friendly packaging materials that are either recyclable, biodegradable, or made from recycled content. My family and I really care about our planet so I am constantly striving to improve my sustainability.

Hopefully, my work brightens up a room, a hat, a coat or someone's day!
